Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in the original factory packaging, ensuring all bolts, brackets, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Equipment

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
